Instructions
- Preheat the griddle on low to medium-low.
- Cut the biscuit dough into small, bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch squares).
- Place dough pieces on the griddle and cook gently, turning as needed, for 8–12 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- While the dough cooks, melt the butter in a small pan or microwave-safe bowl.
- In a second bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Remove cooked dough pieces from the griddle and immediately toss in melted butter to coat.
- Roll buttered bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Serve warm.
