Around the Campfire
Loaded breakfast tater tots are built for the morning when kids want fun and adults want filling. They are crispy, cheesy, easy to share, and sturdy enough to become a full breakfast plate.
This recipe teaches texture staging: crisp the tots before adding the soft toppings.
Why This Recipe Works
The Blackstone gives frozen tots room to crisp while bacon and eggs cook in nearby zones. Everything comes together at the end so the tots stay crisp.
