Ingredients
- 4 ears fresh corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon seasoning blend (such as seasoned salt, Cajun, or your favorite)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the griddle to medium (325-375°F).
- Place the 4 ears of corn on the griddle.
- Cook for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is hot and lightly browned in spots.
- Add 2 tablespoons butter to the corn, rolling or brushing to coat as it melts.
- Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon seasoning blend, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Serve hot.
